Revix
Revix is a skin booster made from human skin with the cells removed, leaving only the substance that fills the space between cells (the extracellular matrix) — processed into even particles averaging 50 µm (about half the width of a hair) and carried in liquid. It comes pre-dissolved, so there's no powder to mix: it's injected as-is, by hand, into the dermis (the skin's inner layer beneath the epidermis). It is not a volume treatment — it refills a thinned, parched skin interior to work on texture, firmness, and density.
The extracellular matrix (ECM) — the substance that fills the space around your cells The name says it. The inside of your skin isn't packed solid with cells. Between the cells runs a woven mesh of collagen (the framework), elastin (the fiber that lets skin stretch and snap back), and hyaluronic acid (the moisture-holder) — together called the extracellular matrix (ECM). Most of your skin's firmness and thickness comes from it, and the cells that make collagen live attached to it, working from within it.
With age, sun, and repeated irritation, the ECM declines and the gaps between fibers widen — and that's the state people describe as "my skin's gotten thin, makeup won't sit, even lifting doesn't seem to hold."
What Revix injects is exactly this extracellular matrix. Remove the cells from human skin and what remains is ECM alone — called human acellular dermal matrix (hADM). It places the same material your skin has lost directly into the dermis, rebuilding the environment where cells can reattach and make collagen and elastin again.

When to Consider It
Your skin is thin and weak — it flushes easily and makeup sits unevenly Rather than topping up moisture alone, refilling the extracellular matrix that fills the space between cells may be the right direction.
The raised bumps at injection points have put you off before Thick repair ingredients (PN — DNA fragments from salmon) gather and stay where they're placed; Revix is a thin liquid that seeps and spreads through the tissue. Because of this, its marks tend to be finer. The sting of the needle is still there.
You want a product that goes straight in, with no powder to dissolve and mix It comes pre-dissolved and is injected as-is, and the evenness of its particles helps it spread without clumping in one spot. Note that it's not the family that pushes your skin to produce lots of collagen — it's the family that refills the extracellular matrix itself.
If a large hollow is the concern, the volume family fits better; if sagging is the main issue, lifting comes first. If you're expecting a big, immediate change, this isn't the right fit.

How It's Done
1. 3D skin analysis A 3D MetaVu scan examines your texture, pores, fine lines, and tone under different light sources. From this and your consultation, we judge whether your concern is interior density and texture, or volume and sagging, and choose the treatment.
2. Treatment plan Looking at the scan together, we go over the areas, configuration, sessions, and the changes to expect — including the limits.
3. Numbing cream Applied and left to absorb for 30–40 minutes.
4. Authenticity check, then hand injection The product is opened in front of you so you can confirm the product and the amount — then it's injected by hand, divided across the dermis. It isn't used with injector devices.
5. Soothing care The injection sites are soothed to finish.
Results and Recovery
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Ingredient and form | The extracellular matrix left after removing the cells from human dermis (human acellular dermal matrix · hADM), making up 5% of the liquid · even particles averaging 50 µm · pre-dissolved liquid |
| Injection layer and areas | The dermis — by hand · outer cheeks, smile lines, jawline, neck (not the forehead) |
| Purpose | Refill the substance that fills the space between cells (ECM) → texture, fine lines, around pores, inner firmness, density (not a volume treatment) |
| When results show | Hydration in the first days to a week (the surface settling — not the main change yet) → texture, fine lines, and parchedness improving at weeks 2–4 → firmness and density building over 1–3 months with repetition |
| Configurations | 4 cc — focused firmness and contour work on the outer cheeks, smile lines, jawline / 6 cc — full-face texture and moisture |
| Sessions | 3 sessions at 3–4 week intervals as the base → maintenance every 3–6 or 6–12 months after |
| Pain | The sting of the needle going in, plus a pressure feeling as the product spreads — a thin liquid, so the spreading pressure is on the milder side |
| Pain control | Numbing cream (30–40 minutes) as standard · Air Nox available · if you're sensitive to pain, a small amount of lidocaine can be mixed into the product |
| Downtime | Swelling for 1–2 days · fine raised bumps for a few hours to a day · needle marks and redness for 1–2 days · bruises, if any, for 3–7 days |
| Aftercare | A light water-only rinse from 3–4 hours after · cleanser and makeup gently from the next morning |
The size of the change and how long it lasts vary considerably from person to person.
Expected Reactions and Possible Side Effects
Common, temporary reactions — part of the normal response to injection:
- Swelling for 1–2 days · fine raised bumps for a few hours to a day
- Needle marks and redness for 1–2 days
- Bruises, if any, fading within 3–7 days
Anything beyond this is uncommon. If a reaction lasts longer than expected or worsens, contact us and we'll check it with you.
What We Check Beforehand
If any of these apply to you, let us know during your consultation. We postpone or adjust the timing.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Inflammation or active acne in the treatment area — we proceed after it clears
- Keloid-prone skin (scars that heal raised and thickened)
- Aspirin or blood thinners — bruising can be heavier, so tell us in advance
- Planning a lifting treatment as well — on the same day, the lifting goes first. If Revix came first, wait 2–3 weeks before radiofrequency lifting and at least 2–4 weeks before microwave lifting
How PECHE Clinic Does It
We start from measurements, not from the product's name. The same parchedness or fine lines can come from moisture, from interior density, or from volume and sagging — and each calls for a different family. We check your skin's condition in your assessment, with the help of the 3D scan, and recommend Revix only when your condition fits it.

▲ We look at the measurements together
We treat by standards built on 90,000+ documented treatments. A hand-injected treatment comes out even only when depth and spacing stay consistent. Area-by-area standards mean every PECHE physician works to the same criteria — whoever treats you.
For pain, we start with methods that don't change the product itself. Numbing cream and Air Nox (inhaled calming while you remain conscious) come first. If you're sensitive to pain, whether to mix a small amount of the local anesthetic lidocaine into the product is decided in your consultation.
We confirm the genuine product — and its amount — in front of you. We check the product and amount with you before opening it, and you can watch preparation and hygiene management through the glass wall from the waiting area.

We only recommend what you need. We tell you first what this treatment does (texture, fine lines, inner firmness, density) and what it doesn't (hollowed volume, sagging itself, a big immediate change). No same-day payment pressure, no package push.
Pricing
The cost of Revix depends on the configuration (4 cc, 6 cc) and the sessions. We quote after your assessment.

FAQ
Q1. Who performs the treatment? A: PECHE physicians who all work to the same area-by-area injection standards, built from over 90,000 documented treatments. In a hand-injected treatment, depth and spacing determine the result — and those are set by the standards, not by feel. The standards stay the same whoever treats you.
Q2. Will hollowed areas fill out, like with filler? A: No. Revix doesn't fill volume — it refills the substance that fills the space between cells (the extracellular matrix). If a hollow is your main concern, the volume family fits; Revix fits when the concern is thin, parched, weak skin.
Q3. It comes from human tissue — is that okay? A: Human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) is donated human skin tissue with the cells — the part that could trigger an immune response — removed, leaving only the substance between the cells. It's processed by a tissue bank (an institution licensed to handle human tissue), and we walk you through the ingredient and its source plainly in your consultation.
Q4. Can I have it with a lifting treatment? A: Yes. Lifting is a signal to make collagen; Revix refills the extracellular matrix that new collagen settles into — different roles. On the same day, lifting goes first; if Revix came first, allow 2–3 weeks before radiofrequency and at least 2–4 weeks before microwave lifting.
Q5. Can I just come in for a consultation first? A: Yes. You can hear whether your concern sits on the density-and-texture side or the volume-and-sagging side, and how far this treatment reaches, then decide. We won't ask for same-day payment.
