Belotero Revive
Belotero Revive is a hydrating skin booster made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) plus glycerol. Hyaluronic acid is a thread-like substance that draws in and holds water in the dermis. When those threads are tied to each other (cross-linking), they stay in place longer. Revive is cross-linked with the manufacturer's patented CPM process, designed so the injected HA stays in the dermis and holds moisture there. The glycerol that goes in with it is a humectant — a substance that holds that moisture in.
Because it adds moisture directly, hydration is the first thing you notice.

When to Consider It
- Deep-seated dryness keeps your skin feeling tight, and moisturizer isn't solving it
- Your skin looks parched and lacks vitality
- Makeup is starting to sit unevenly and flakes are appearing
- You want the moisture you add to stay — not drain away within days
If the parched look comes from declining dermal density rather than a lack of moisture, a different treatment family may be the better match. The two are hard to tell apart from the outside, so we decide together, based on your assessment results.

How It's Done
1. 3D skin analysis A 3D MetaVu scan examines your texture, pores, and skin tone under different light sources. We add what you tell us in the consultation and decide on the treatment.
2. Treatment plan Looking at the scan together, we go over the areas, the number of sessions, and the changes to expect — including the limits.
3. Numbing cream Applied and left to absorb for 30–40 minutes.
4. Authenticity check, then treatment The genuine product is opened in front of you, so you can confirm the product and the amount — then it's injected evenly across the dermis.
5. Soothing care The injection sites are soothed to finish. The small raised bumps at the injection points spread out and settle within 1–2 days.
Results and Recovery
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Ingredients and action | Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (CPM process) 20 mg/mL + glycerol 17.5 mg/mL — just those two · stays in the dermis and holds moisture |
| When results show | A hydrated feeling for the first few days (as the surface settles) → within 1–2 weeks, the HA draws in water and skin feels bouncier and more supple |
| Sessions | 3 sessions at 3–4 week intervals as the base → maintenance every 3–6 months after |
| How long it lasts | Up to 7–9 months after completing 3 sessions (manufacturer's clinical data) — individual variation is considerable, depending on skin and lifestyle |
| Pain | The sting of the needle going in, plus a pressure feeling as the product spreads · a soft gel, so the spreading pressure is on the milder side |
| Pain control | Numbing cream (30–40 minutes) as standard · Air Nox (inhaled calming while you remain conscious) and local anesthetic available |
| Downtime | Needle marks and redness for 1–2 days · raised bumps for 1–2 days · bruises, if any, for 3–7 days |
| Aftercare | A light water-only rinse from 3–4 hours after · cleanser and makeup gently from the next morning |
The hydration you feel right away comes from the surface settling; the real change starts at 1–2 weeks, when the injected HA begins holding water. Building that base of water retention takes time, which is why 3 sessions at 3–4 week intervals is the standard.
Expected Reactions and Possible Side Effects
Common, temporary reactions — part of the normal response to injection:
- Needle marks and redness for 1–2 days
- Small raised bumps at the injection points for 1–2 days
- Bruises, if any, fading within 3–7 days
Anything beyond this is uncommon. If a reaction lasts longer than expected or worsens, contact us and we'll check it with you.
What We Check Beforehand
If any of these apply to you, let us know during your consultation. We postpone or adjust the timing.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Inflammation or active acne in the treatment area — we proceed after it clears
- Keloid-prone skin (scars that heal raised and thickened)
- Aspirin or blood thinners — bruising can be heavier, so tell us in advance and we'll plan for it
- Planning a lifting treatment as well — on the same day, the lifting goes first and Revive after. If you've had Revive first, wait 2–3 weeks before radiofrequency lifting and 2–4 weeks before microwave lifting. Hyaluronic acid is heat-sensitive: strong heat before it has settled breaks it down early.
How PECHE Clinic Does It
We treat by standards built on 90,000+ documented treatments. With skin boosters, how evenly the product is placed, and at what depth, determines what you feel. Area-by-area injection standards built from over 90,000 treatments mean every PECHE physician works to the same criteria — whoever treats you.
The same parched look can have different causes. Whether the cause is lack of moisture or declining dermal density changes which treatment family fits. The 3D scan shows your texture, pores, and tone; we add the symptoms you describe — tightness, flaking, makeup sitting unevenly — and decide together whether Revive is the right fit. If it isn't, we point you to the family that is.

We open the genuine product in front of you and show you the amount. With injectables, what goes in and how much is the baseline of trust. The genuine product is opened in front of you, so you can see for yourself which product is being prepared and in what amount.
Our prep room is behind glass. You can watch treatment preparation and hygiene management through the glass wall from the waiting area.

FAQ
Q1. Who performs the treatment? A: PECHE physicians who all work to the same area-by-area injection standards, built from over 90,000 documented treatments. Injection depth and distribution are set by your assessment results and these standards — not by feel — and the same standards apply across physicians and sessions.
Q2. Will it look puffy, like filler? A: No. Revive is also a cross-linked hyaluronic acid, but it differs from filler in three ways: its concentration and thickness are far lower; where filler is placed in the deep layers in concentrated amounts, Revive is spread thin and wide through the dermis; and the CPM process itself is designed to spread, so it doesn't sit as a lump. That's why it works on moisture and texture, not volume. If your goal is filling a hollowed area, a different treatment is the right fit.
Q3. How long does it last? A: How much water-holding capacity builds up varies with your skin and lifestyle, so rather than one fixed figure, we adjust as we watch your progress. The basic rhythm is 3 sessions at 3–4 week intervals to build the base, then maintenance every 3–6 months.
Q4. Can I wear makeup the next day? A: Yes — color makeup gently from the next morning. Needle marks and redness last about 1–2 days and can usually be covered with makeup, and a light water-only rinse is fine from 3–4 hours after treatment.
Q5. Can I just come in for a consultation first? A: Yes. You're welcome to come in just for the assessment and consultation, then leave. Decide after you've heard what's behind your parched skin and what this treatment can and can't do. We won't push extra sessions or ask for same-day payment.
