Celexo Black Label — PECHE Clinic, Gangnam Station
A triple-exosome skin booster — freeze-dried exosome powder dissolved in solution just before treatment · Repair signals aimed at the basement membrane joining epidermis and dermis · Firmness, fine lines, dull tone · Right by Gangnam Station Exit 4
Celexo Black Label
Celexo Black Label is a skin booster built around exosomes. Exosomes are the tiny signal parcels that cells pass between each other; the signal molecules inside tell skin cells that have slowed down to get back to work. What goes in is not cells — only the signals the cells sent out.
The product comes in two vials. The black vial holds freeze-dried exosome powder; the white one holds the solution that dissolves it. Exosomes are hard to store once dissolved, so they're kept as powder and mixed with the solution just before treatment.
It is not injected. The skin's outer layer — the stratum corneum — is a barrier, and applying the ingredient alone won't carry it down to the dermis. So the mixed exosomes are applied to the face, the pumping tip of a radiofrequency microneedling device (Potenza) opens micro-channels, and the ingredient travels down those channels into the dermis.

When to Consider It
- Your skin feels thinner than before, with firmness slipping
- Fine lines are growing and texture has turned rough
- Pores are starting to look vertically stretched
- Your facial tone looks dull
- The signs of aging seem to have started all at once, and you don't know what to tackle first
Three Origins, Three Jobs
Celexo Black Label holds three ingredients of different origins. Each has its own job.
| Ingredient | What it is | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Stem-cell-derived exosomes (ASC-Exosome) | Signal parcels derived from stem cells | Signals aimed at tightening stretched pores |
| Ginseng-derived exosomes (Exo-Ginseng) | Signal parcels obtained from ginseng | Signals that wake production of collagen and elastin — the two proteins that support the skin and let it spring back |
| Centella extract (Exo-Cica Block) | A soothing ingredient extracted from centella | Tone refinement and calming — settling skin that's taken the needle stimulus |
It's a configuration designed so that structure-building signals, tightening signals, and a soothing ingredient go in together on the same day. The manufacturer calls this trio its "triple exosome" formula.
The Basement Membrane, Where Epidermis Meets Dermis
The basement membrane is the thin layer where the epidermis (the skin's outer layer) meets the dermis (the collagen-bearing inner layer). It locks the two layers together and serves as the passage nutrients travel through. As it loosens with age, the two layers lose their grip on each other — and on the surface that reads as slipping firmness, fine lines, and a dull, rough texture.
Celexo Black Label is a product focused on this membrane. It sends signals for the proteins that make up the membrane to be produced again — an approach that firms up the floor the epidermis rests on.

How It's Done
1. Cleansing and assessment Makeup comes off, and a 3D MetaVu scan records your pores, texture, and lines under different light sources.
2. Numbing cream The whole face is treated, so numbing cream is applied and left for 30–40 minutes.
3. Mixing The freeze-dried powder is dissolved into its solution. It's kept as powder and mixed right before use, so what goes on is freshly prepared.
4. Application, then microneedle delivery The mixed exosomes are applied to the face, then delivered through the channels made by the pumping tip's fine needles. The pressure of each needle's in-and-out stroke pushes the surface ingredient down into the dermis, while gentle radiofrequency heat from the needle tips adds a repair stimulus. The channels and the ingredient reach only the dermis — they don't go down to the fat layer.
5. Soothing and aftercare guidance After soothing care, we go over when you can wash your face and wear makeup, and what to watch out for.

Results and Recovery
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Target | The dermis, and the basement membrane between epidermis and dermis |
| Delivery | Application + radiofrequency microneedling pumping tip (not an injection) |
| When results show | As the basement membrane firms back up, texture, glow, and firmness changes come on gradually from weeks 2–3 — the time cells need to receive the signal and build new protein · clearer with each session |
| Sessions and spacing | 3 sessions at 3–4 week intervals as the base · maintenance every 3–6 months after |
| Pain | A quick sting as the fine needles go in and out · a stamping pressure as the ingredient is pressed in |
| Pain control | Numbing cream for 30–40 minutes · tell us what you feel during the session and we adjust the intensity by area |
| Downtime | Redness right after — with the soothing ingredient going in alongside, it usually settles within 1–2 days |
| Aftercare | Water-only rinse from 3–4 hours after treatment (the time the channels take to close) · cleansing and makeup from the next morning · put off saunas and sweaty exercise for 3 days to a week — heat feeds the redness |
Expected Reactions and Possible Side Effects
Common, temporary reactions:
- Redness right after treatment — usually settled within 1–2 days, helped by the soothing ingredient delivered alongside
Anything beyond this is uncommon. If a reaction lasts longer than expected or worsens, contact us and we'll check it with you.
What We Check Beforehand
We do not proceed during pregnancy, possible pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
If any of these apply to you, let us know during your consultation. We adjust the timing or the approach.
- A period of widespread, yellow-headed acne — the needles could disturb the pustules, so we wait until it settles
- Keloid-prone skin (scars that heal raised and thickened)
- Electronic implants such as a pacemaker — radiofrequency can affect how the device runs, so we check
- Aspirin or blood thinners — needle marks can last longer
- Recent filler or skin boosters — the needles reach the dermis, so we wait a month after filler and 2–3 weeks after a skin booster before this treatment
How PECHE Clinic Does It
We measure the signs of aging before we start. Which is most pressing — firmness, pores, or texture — is hard to settle by feel alone. The 3D MetaVu records your pores, texture, and lines under different light sources, so we decide together, based on the measurements, whether this treatment fits.

We're honest about what to expect. We tell you first what this treatment does (laying the groundwork for texture, tone, and firmness) and what it doesn't (filling hollowed volume, pulling sagging skin tight, instantly improving deep-set wrinkles). If those are the bigger concern, a filling or lifting approach may come first. No same-day payment pressure, no package push — you're welcome to come in just for a consultation.

FAQ
Q1. Who performs the treatment? A: PECHE physicians who all work to the same standards, built from over 90,000 documented treatments. The needling depth and area-by-area intensity are set by your assessment results and these standards — not by feel — and the standards stay the same whoever treats you.
Q2. There are many exosome products — how do I choose? A: By origin and by target. Exosome products differ in which cells they come from and what they aim at; Celexo Black Label weights its formula toward the signs of aging — firmness, fine lines, tone — and their foundation, the basement membrane. Whether it fits your skin right now is decided together from your assessment results.
Q3. Is this putting stem cells into my body? A: No. What goes in is not cells but the signal parcels cells send out (exosomes). It's a different category from stem-cell treatments that draw your blood and use the cells themselves.
Q4. Will one session be enough? A: Exosomes aren't an ingredient that fills on contact — they're signals sent to your cells. The cells need time to receive the signal and build new protein, so the change becomes clear as sessions repeat with proper spacing. That's why 3 sessions is the base design.
Q5. What should I look for when choosing a clinic? A: Three things. First, whether they measure your skin beforehand to check this treatment actually fits. Second, whether they can explain how deep the ingredient goes and by what route — rather than stopping at application. Third, whether the clinic is an easy distance, since the sessions continue.
